#4 STEVE JOBS’ 2005 STANDFORD COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS

💬 1. How did the talk affect you?

Let me understand that everyone's time is limited and don't let other people's expectations affect what you really want to do or change your goals.Find my spark and let me know what I want to be in the future.

💬 2. How does this talk catch the listeners’ attention (or does it all)?

In this speech, Steve Jobs told three stories from his own personal experience about his reflection on dropping out of school, being fired from Apple, and his reflections on death, so that we can better understand what he wants to express.

💬 3.Has the talk changed your mind about something? If so, explain how.

This speech made me reflect on whether I didn't know enough about what I wanted and whether I was running counter to my ideals.

Because in Taiwan, most people always work in jobs that meet most people's expectations, and go to schools that most people think are great, but they never think about what they want and ignore their spark that most people can't understand.

💬 4.Has the talk left you with any questions?

I want to know how Steve Jobs can do the best judge when faced with big decisions

💬 5.Does the talk relate to anything from your past life experiences?

In terms of study, I have been exploring my suitable major, and later found that I am keen to study professional projects in various fields. When I can apply what I've learned to my daily life, that's the real learning outcome, not just numbers on the transcript.

💬 6.Does the talk agree with any of your past life experiences?

However, in my previous work experience, I found that I am interested in new things. I performed well in the process and made me look professional. It is sense of achievement, and it makes me more motivated to explore my potential.
